ACH-Agreement

I hereby authorize The Processor to deduct from my bank account this one-time contribution payment. I further authorize my bank or financial institution to deduct this one-time payment from my bank account. The Processor will note this transaction as pending payment until funds are secured from my banking institution.  Please note that, in the event we are unable to secure funds from your bank account for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in your account or insufficient information provided by you when you submit your electronic payment, further collection action may be undertaken by The Processor.  I authorize The Processor to electronically re-present the item or submit a paper draft to collect the check amount and to initiate an electronic debit from my bank account or submit a paper draft for any return fees as permitted by law. I understand that I may request a paper copy of the electronic records related to the debit entry covered by this authorization from management.
